Hyuga Hiashi went to the Hokage Building early this morning to apply for the "Jonin Qualification Test" for Hyuga Mami.

On some date in the future, Hyuga Mami might meet Kakashi in the same test.
But that was not something Hyuga Sho could concern himself with.
