He then discovered the Black Jade Soul-Eating Shrimp had died after leaving Immortal Forget Island and contacted Uncle-Master Black Flame for help.

• Little Grass used Instant Movement to bring herself and Myna bird to Fang Chen, then explained the Green Grass Great Array's reach and how she handled inhabited areas.
• Fang Chen asked whether the array could bypass populated regions without losing its ability to revive people, and Little Grass said it could.

Three years later, a vast golden sea and towering Buddha statues filled much of the Buddhist Land as Fang Chen recited the Myriad Buddhas War Scripture, drawing attention from Human Race cultivators.

• A Heavenly Human reported that the God Race and Demon Race were moving their people to the Barbaric Continent to prepare for the Great Calamity.
• The Heavenly Human Emperor entered the Forbidden Grounds and contacted the Nether Emperor, asking him to plead for the Heavenly Human Race’s acceptance.
• The Nether Emperor rejected the request and ended the communication, then told Fang Chen about the Heavenly Human Emperor’s appeal and affirmed that he would not accept him.

• Little Grass reached the edge of the Golden Spring Sea, where she sensed Fang Chen and learned how his Manifestation worked.
• Fang Chen explained that Buddhist Cultivators could absorb Golden Spring Water to increase their strength, while Little Grass discovered that the water made her grow more than a hundred times faster.
• Fang Chen agreed that Little Grass should expand through the sea, but told her the water could not empower non-Buddhist Cultivators.

• Palace Mistress Lingxin agreed with Fang Chen that the Heavenly Human Race should be rejected, and Tianyuan Academy told the Heavenly Human Emperor to leave.
• The Heavenly Human Emperor swallowed his anger and returned to his ark with his people.
• Ten years later, the Green Grass Great Array covered the Central Barrens and spread through parts of the Northern and Eastern Wildernesses.
• A White Light appeared over the Savage World, and a Space Rift opened across the sky, releasing Spiritual Qi, Saint Force, and Source Power of Emperors.
• Fang Chen sent out his Spirit Treasures and ordered the Buddhist Land and Southern Wastes to absorb the energy from the rift.
• Seeing the treasures gathering energy, the Heavenly Human Race sent out its own Spirit Treasures to absorb it.

A Space Rift appeared to reveal what seemed to be the Immortal Realm, awakening countless Ancient Emperors who rushed toward it. While many Heavenly Human Race cultivators followed, the Heavenly Human Emperor suspected something was wrong and ordered his people to stay back.

• The Space Rift widened, revealing immortal palaces, Immortal Beasts, and music that sharpened listeners' Soul Perception.
• Ancient Emperors emerged from Green Bronze Coffins in the Heavenly Human Continent's Life Forbidden Zones and declared that the Path to Immortality had opened.
• As the Space Rift began to shrink, Ancient Emperors and cultivators from across the continents flew into it.
• The Heavenly Human Emperor and his Quasi-Emperors questioned why the other races' experts were not entering the rift.
• The Heavenly Human Emperor ordered his people to hold their ground and warned them that the world beyond the Space Rift was not the Immortal Realm.

As the Space Rift began to close, cultivators and awakened Emperors rushed toward it, while the Heavenly Human Emperor prepared to defend those who stayed. Fang Chen intercepted the Great Sun Buddha Emperor and the Buddhist cultivators fleeing in the Heavenly Buddha Pagoda.

• The Heavenly Human Emperor let those pursuing immortality leave and ordered the Quasi-Emperors to gather the willing defenders.
• The Butterfly Queen observed that the demons were trapped on Immortal Forget Island by the Universe Curse, while the other races recited scripture with Fang Chen in the Buddhist Land.
• Three days later, the Demon Frog Demon Emperor and Golden Crocodile Demon Emperor emerged from the Sacred Land and flew toward the shrinking Space Rift.

Fang Chen and the others watched as Ancient Emperors and Demon Emperors escaped the Space Rift only to be seized by red tentacles, revealing that the world beyond was not the Immortal Realm. As the Great Calamity loomed, the Heavenly Human Emperor ordered his people to prepare for battle, while Fang Chen continued strengthening the defenses across the Buddhist Land and beyond.

• The Great Sun Buddha Emperor and the other Buddhist Cultivators rushed into the Space Rift, while Fang Chen pulled the Heavenly Buddha Pagoda back into the Golden Spring Sea.
• A wounded Demon Frog burst from the Space Rift and declared that the world beyond was not the Immortal Realm, but red tentacles seized it and dragged it back.
