Accompanied by an earth-shaking roar, the blinding light of the explosion illuminated the entire sky over Amegakure.

A suffocatingly terrifying shockwave spread outward. Even the dark clouds in the sky were affected, scattering toward the surroundings at a speed visible to the naked eye under the force of the explosion.

On this day, the heavy rain that had shrouded Amegakure all year finally stopped.

The clouds parted, and sunlight poured down.

The children who lived in Amegakure and had never once left the village saw the legendary sun for the first time.

However, although the rain had stopped, the mud and stones sucked up by the black energy sphere replaced the year-round rain after the massive explosion, transforming into a shower of rubble that fell in all directions.

Fortunately, the nearby residents had evacuated the battle zone early, so the rain of rubble did not injure any innocent civilians.

It merely struck the ground with a clattering din, leaving behind potholes of various sizes.

Konan's paper body was immune to physical attacks, but it had little resistance against physical impacts.

The instant the explosion erupted, the terrifying shockwave and rain of rubble smashed it to pieces, turning it into paper scraps scattered across the sky.

Nagato, along with the giant bird he was riding, was blown away by the explosion. He flipped several times through the air before finally stabilizing himself.

Fortunately, the giant bird's massive body blocked most of the flying rubble for him, preventing him from being knocked out of the sky.

However, after shielding him from the explosive shockwave and the barrage of rubble, the Summoned Beast giant bird he relied on for transportation was also covered in wounds and nearing its limit.

"Where are they?"
