At the sight of Nine Heavens King appearing.
The six King-level Limits hurriedly bowed respectfully. "Greetings, Nine Heavens King!"
Nine Heavens King nodded slightly, then asked again, "You say Blood Sea King of our Human race has been wantonly slaughtering experts from the human faction?"
There was more surprise than belief in his tone.
He knew of Blood Sea King, the recently risen figure within the race, and knew that he was cunning and bloodthirsty by nature. But killing experts from the same faction was the grave crime of betraying the race. He did not believe Blood Sea King would dare do such a thing!
Even he would not dare, because once one was judged to have betrayed the race, they would inevitably be hunted by the Human race. Without the protection of a powerful background, death would be certain!
The blue-skinned alien King-level Limit with three heads and six arms nodded. "That's right. He has already slaughtered nearly twenty High King-level and Early King-level experts from our faction!"
"Impossible." Nine Heavens King did not believe it. "If he dared kill so many experts from the same faction, the military system would have issued a warrant for him long ago. A Venerable would personally make a move and capture him!"
The six King-level Limits looked at one another. Finally, the blue-skinned alien King-level Limit with three heads and six arms explained, "Blood Sea King retired before beginning his slaughter... so he has not violated the crime of betraying the race."
"He retired, then went on a killing spree against you?" Even Nine Heavens King was dumbfounded, his eyes filled with confusion. "Did you offend him?"
Hearing this, the six alien King-level Limits repeatedly denied it.
"No!"
"Nothing of the sort!"
"How would we dare offend him!"
