The post-reincarnation cosmos-region rank sequence could roughly be divided into:
The lowest rank: the Ten-Thousandth Cosmos Fragment.
At the instant the core shattered into over ten thousand fragments, most of the pieces had already shed the original power of the cosmos region, leaving behind only brute force slightly stronger than that of Supreme Rank beings, struggling to survive in the cracks between space and time.
The low rank: the Thousandth Cosmos Fragment.
It could activate a portion of the cosmos-region laws, with combat power far above Supreme Rank, roughly equivalent to an ordinary Peerless Rank being, though still slightly weaker than an existence like the Abyss Lord.
However, every use of the laws overdrew its origin. Once they were used too many times, it would only fall into the vicious cycle of "splitting → weakening → splitting," eventually shattering into even more fragments.
The intermediate rank: the Hundredth Cosmos Fragment.
A Hundredth Fragment was already a giant capable of stirring the stars and rivers. Each one was basically a top-tier combatant in the cosmos, capable of annihilating an entire star region effortlessly, as well as traveling to another cosmos through a Cosmos Tunnel.
Wei, for example, was one of the Hundredth Fragments. He no longer needed to pay any price to unleash many unimaginable methods.
Above that were the high-rank Tenth Cosmos Fragments and the supreme-rank Cosmos Core.
In a certain sense, the Tenth Cosmos Fragments were even stronger than the Cosmos Core.
That was because they had not broken free of the Shackles of the laws. They were still subject to the restrictions of the cosmos they inhabited, and could therefore act as they pleased within the laws.
The Cosmos Core, on the other hand, existed on equal footing with its own cosmos. The slightest transgression would trigger fierce
