The Purpose of the Repaired Holy Grail

Ritsuka Fujimaru, Mash Kyrielight, Tohsaka Rin, Kikuchiko, and several others could not help but laugh at the sight.

Ritsuka Fujimaru laughed. "Isn't it good that we didn't have to use this Holy Grail? Though it should have another use next..."

Perhaps this Holy Grail could be useful against the Lion King? Or perhaps there was another way to use it...

Da Vinci asked in confusion, "What use?"

Ritsuka Fujimaru's smile faded. "Da Vinci, the Holy Grail War is not something that should exist in this era. The Sub-Holy Grail War is the same, so... we need to eliminate the Holy Grail War in this Singularity. The Holy Grail in your hands can be used to accomplish that directly."

Da Vinci suddenly understood. "Oh! That would indeed work! Shall we begin now?"

"Let's wait. We'll do it after the remaining Shadow Servant army on the ground has been eliminated."

On the battlefield at the city center, the Purification Knights fought the Shadow Servants. The Shadow Servants were only somewhat stronger than the Purification Knights, nowhere near true Servants, let alone the Knights of the Round Table. With the battle line so limited, they could not defeat the mere three thousand Purification Knights for the time being.

Yet the Purification Knights held the advantage. The five Knights of the Round Table who had come to reinforce them were freely slaughtering the Shadow Servants as though mowing down grass.

Mordred casually unleashed Noble Phantasms. One blast here wiped out dozens of Shadow Servants, another blast there wiped out dozens more. Being able to use Noble Phantasms without limit was truly exhilarating.

Gawain was even more excessive. The moment he arrived in Rome, he stood beneath the sun and used his Noble Phantasm to hold one side of the battlefield alone. His killing
