Uchiha Hiko spoke calmly, as though he were merely stating an ordinary fact.
"Impossible! How could anyone know everything that happens throughout the Three Realms?"
Isshin Kurosaki looked utterly unconvinced. Not to mention himself—even Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto, captain of the First Division, could not possibly know everything!
"I've already told you the truth. Whether you believe it is up to you."
Uchiha Hiko said with a smile.
"Let's set that aside for now. Can you tell me where you came from? I never received any news that Soul Society had produced such a powerful Soul Reaper as you."
Isshin Kurosaki spoke seriously. This was what puzzled him most.
"If I said I came from another world, you'd believe it even less, wouldn't you?"
Uchiha Hiko seemed to mock him as he lazily leaned back against the sofa.
"Another world?"
Isshin Kurosaki looked at Uchiha Hiko in confusion, then suddenly nodded.
"Can you tell me why you came to this world?"
"Damn, you actually believed me? It's nothing much. I'm just looking at the scenery everywhere and experiencing what different worlds feel like."
Uchiha Hiko shot Isshin Kurosaki a surprised glance. He truly had not expected this seemingly honest little old man to be so good at baiting people.
"Looking at the scenery..." Isshin Kurosaki's face darkened. How could anyone give such a perfunctory excuse?
Still, he felt somewhat relieved. At least he had confirmed that Uchiha Hiko staying in the house
