King Kai could only resign himself to it. However, the Guardian had also asked his superior, King Kai, to find out exactly what the stronger enemies Uchiha Hiko sometimes mentioned were referring to. Did he know something?

As the King Kai overseeing the galaxy beneath the North Kai God of Universe 7, he did not know of any powerful races within his jurisdiction. Could they have come from another galaxy?
