For now, it was enough to stop Nappa alone.
This would let Vegeta see the difference between having a master and having none. Of course, no matter how powerful Vegeta became, with his personality, he would still return in the end.

Nappa had never imagined that Uchiha Hiko had stopped him just to make him serve him.
To him, serving Frieza or serving someone else made no difference. It simply meant changing Eldest Brother.
But the shadow Frieza had left in his heart made him vaguely afraid to betray him.

"Nappa, how about we make a bet?"
"Nani?"
"If I kill Frieza, then you and Vegeta will serve me together."
