Bulma carefully turned the Dragon Radar over and over as she inspected it, then wearily set it down.
Because she knew this radar was beyond saving. It had probably been interfered with by something, which had directly destroyed the components inside. But as the creator of the Dragon Radar, she could simply make another one.
"Is this Dragon Radar broken?" Uchiha Hiko asked knowingly when he saw Bulma pick up the Dragon Radar, play with it for a while, and then set it aside.
Bulma was not one for petty schemes. Upon hearing Uchiha Hiko's words, she immediately made up her mind, having long since thought of how to answer.
"Of course."
What surprised Uchiha Hiko was that she only said those two words. She really was stingy.
But even if Bulma was stingy, he could still fix this "Eight-Nine-Three" Dragon Radar. After all, he was the mighty Uchiha Hiko. Whoever dared oppose him would definitely lose his dick and start life over.
Bulma had thought Uchiha Hiko would angrily point at her and say something, but when she saw him like this, she suddenly felt that his presence had become much more imposing.
"Then give me this Dragon Radar. I'll keep it as a collectible."
After Uchiha Hiko said that, Bulma merely glanced at him twice, then casually waved her hand. That meant she was directly giving him the Dragon Radar.
"From now on, you're my subordinate. You have to help me regularly and be my assistant, understand?" Bulma looked at Uchiha Hiko, wanting to officially establish his position. Yet she still felt doubtful inside. How could a perfectly good Dragon Radar have such a basic error? It really should not have happened.
Uchiha Hiko acted as though he had not heard Bulma at all and directly challenged her.
