Piccolo flew into a rage the moment he heard Uchiha Hiko's voice. Blue flames blazed in his eyes, and the aura around him instantly turned green.
Those two horns of his especially looked just like that kind of animal's.
"Kid, do you know who you're talking to? Aren't you afraid of death?"
Piccolo did not attack right away. He wanted to see why this guy before him was so calm, why he was not even afraid of him. It seemed far too abnormal. In terms of strength, he could sense that the young man before him was powerful, but not even one-tenth as powerful as himself. Still, even that level of strength was already formidable.
"Hahaha, afraid of you? Aren't you just Piccolo? Just a god? What's there to fear? Don't you want to become stronger? I went from having no strength at all to this level of power in just one month."
Uchiha Hiko could tell that what King Piccolo wanted most right now was to wreak havoc. However, if he could take Piccolo in as his subordinate, it would solve many minor problems on Earth, especially battles like this one.
"Oh? How so? Why should I believe you?"
Piccolo stared at him, his eyes full of surprise. He truly wanted to grow stronger—extremely strong—but the prerequisite for all of that was sufficient power. Without strength, no matter how much one said, it was meaningless. Strength was everything; without it, everything was empty talk.
"Eat this pill, and you'll understand what I mean."
Uchiha Hiko took out a Peerless Pill he had made and handed one to Piccolo, looking at him teasingly.
Piccolo stared at the pill he had been offered but did not dare eat it. He was afraid that it might be some kind of monster pill.
