The garbage-picking site was on the back mountain. Many people usually came here to train and rest, so quite a bit of trash was left behind. Still, picking up garbage here was much easier. The worst was doing it in a stinking ditch—that was even more horrifying than cleaning toilets or picking up cow dung.
Picking up garbage on the back mountain—Tsunade and Jiraiya had no chance to complain about a mission like this. They put on their baskets and got started. Overall, it was a fairly easy mission.
Before long, the mission was completed. Hiko went to turn it in while the others left directly.
They went home to bathe, then ate, after which Hiko went to the Hokage Office Building to submit the mission and collect the reward before heading to the Training Ground.

What surprised Hiko was that Tsunade and Jiraiya had already arrived at the Training Ground ahead of him and were training hard. He was quite surprised that the two of them were being so diligent today.
"I didn't expect you two to be so early. I thought you'd gone home to rest." Hiko smiled as he handed Tsunade and Jiraiya their shares of the money. They should have collected the money from the Hokage's Office themselves, but the Third Hokage had given it directly to Hiko and told him to pass it on to the others.
It was not much, but it was the first money they had earned. It also helped resolve Hiko's looming crisis of going hungry.
It might sound unbelievable, but countless people in the Hokage World starved to death every day, especially in certain chaotic Small Countries. Their environments were harsh, and without proper rulers, those countries only grew more chaotic,
