Hiko did not look at Danzo. He raised his hands, bringing them together before pulling them apart, and a sphere made of Chakra appeared between them. It looked somewhat like the Dust Release Ōnoki used, but it had absolutely nothing to do with Dust Release. It was merely a Sealing Jutsu.

One of the Sealing Jutsu techniques Hiko had gotten from Kyuku Uzumaki, one that the Uzumaki Clan rarely passed on to outsiders. It was not particularly powerful, but it was practical.

Once he saw who it was, Danzo's face immediately darkened. The Allied Shinobi Forces stared blankly at Hiko, not yet reacting before the circle in his hand flew toward the revived Iwagakure shinobi.

The white circle flew over and encircled its target, gradually shrinking. The Iwagakure shinobi was immediately trapped and unable to move.
