Powerful, handsome, gentle-tempered, kind, and brave... In the eyes of all the fish-men and merfolk, Hiko embodied the very meaning of the word "perfect" at that moment.
"May I ask your benefactor's name?" a male fish-man asked. "We will never forget your great kindness!"
This was exactly the question Hiko had been waiting for. Now, they could spread the word for him and let the entire fish-man race know that he, a human, was absolutely worthy of their trust. When merfolk were in danger, he could offer them help. Compared to those savage and cruel humans, he was far more reliable and trustworthy!
"My name is Uchiha Hiko."
The fish-men silently repeated the name several times, committing to memory the benefactor who had rescued them from their cages.

A tremendous crash suddenly erupted outside. Even the pirate ship docked in the bay was rocked by the massive shockwave, and the fish-men in the cabin all changed expression.
"Hm?" Uchiha Hiko turned toward the outside and quickly climbed up from the bottom of the cabin. Standing in the corridor, he looked toward the beach and saw mangled corpses scattered everywhere. Luo had truly accomplished the feat of slaughtering a pirate crew of several hundred all by himself.
However, another group of even more vicious-looking pirates was rushing over from another direction. Hiko could sense that these newly arrived pirates were much stronger than the group that had been guarding the ship earlier.
Luo was facing off against the dozen or so pirates who had just arrived, his focus razor-sharp.
"Those... those are pirates from the West Sea..." One of the merfolk was so terrified that he could barely speak. "They were the ones who... captured us from Fishman Island. They abducted many merfolk while eldest brother Jinbe was away!"
