Uchiha Hiko stood with his hands behind his back, his white robe emblazoned with the Uchiha clan crest fluttering in the wind. The corner of his lips curled into a confident smile. "I think I told you before, didn't I? I'm going to build an ultra-luxurious team!"

Luo froze. Hiko had indeed said that before, but what did an extravagant lineup have to do with Urouge?

"!!" A thought flashed through Luo's mind, and he suddenly understood. Two years ago, he and Urouge had both been Supernovas, later known as the Pirates of the "Worst Generation." Could Hiko be planning to bring every Supernova from two years ago under his command?

"Wait here for me. I'll be back soon." Hiko instructed Luo, then glanced at the group of Pirates on the sea clutching driftwood and glaring resentfully at the merchant ship. He added, "If they try anything against the ship, kill them!"

Those words were like a bolt from the blue exploding beside the Pirates' ears. Their furious gazes immediately turned gentle.

Hiko's gaze shifted to Jinbe. Nothing could be read from his face, but Jinbe's thoughts had to be deeply conflicted right now.

"Think it over carefully while I'm gone. Choosing a side can often determine whether your future becomes heaven or hell," Hiko said. "But I won't give you much time, because I'll be back very soon."

Was Jinbe afraid of Uchiha Hiko? Of course not. But Jinbe feared that Fishman Island's future might head into an unknown, dark abyss. And Uchiha Hiko's calm confidence made Jinbe deeply suspicious. Uchiha Hiko had not displayed any overwhelming strength, yet there was something about his charisma that inexplicably made Jinbe want to believe that he could do it.
