Dressrosa's port was exceptionally lively. After the people who had just attended Uchiha Hiko's alliance conference returned, word quickly spread. Before long, everyone knew that this rising newcomer had an enormous appetite—he actually wanted to form a super alliance.
Many people scoffed at the idea, not believing Uchiha Hiko could hold out for long. Forget the distant future; if the two great fleets of the Four Emperors were truly heading for Dressrosa, then Dressrosa might very well be destroyed overnight.
Even if Dressrosa survived the night, considering that Uchiha Hiko had captured Shiryu and Burgess, recruited Drake, and dealt repeated heavy blows to the BIGMOM Pirates, three of the Four Emperors could send forces to wipe out Dressrosa at any moment.
Some quick-witted people had already decided that Dressrosa was a dangerous place and that they needed to get out as soon as possible. Otherwise, once the wrath of the Four Emperors spread here, they would become innocent victims caught in the crossfire.
Yet, while the people in Dressrosa's port were still noisily discussing and mocking Uchiha Hiko's "grand plan," Dressrosa suddenly sprang into action. The national army began mobilizing. Those soldiers who had previously removed their armor to take part in national construction now put down their work and donned leather armor at Uchiha Hiko's summons.
Huge passageways were cleared through Dressrosa's various ports, and warships sailed in one after another. The Dressrosa national army slowly boarded them. Trafalgar Law, Jinbe, Urouge, and Drake each led a fleet. Though their numbers were small, they still formed into proper formations and set out.
Four pitifully weak little fleets also joined Dressrosa's naval lineup, looking utterly ridiculous.
But no one dared laugh, because they had not expected anyone to be so recklessly fearless as to join Uchiha Hiko's grand alliance plan.
