Uchiha Hiko built his forces after Fishman Island, defeated Aokiji at Punk Hazard, and led his crew to Dressrosa to destroy Doflamingo’s factory and defeat him. With Doflamingo unconscious and Dressrosa’s toys freed, Fujitora arrived as explosions signaled a further threat.

• Hiko accepted Fishman Island’s allegiance, named his ship the Konoha Go, and sailed for the New World with Jinbe, Law, and Urouge.
• Hiko reached Punk Hazard to seize its technology, defeated Teabeard’s pirates, and confronted Caesar while rescuing the captive children from the exploding base.
• Hiko fought Aokiji, overcame his ice attacks, and tried to recruit him before leaving Punk Hazard with Caesar and setting course for Dressrosa.
• Hiko’s crew defeated Baby5, Buffalo, and Dellinger, and Hiko brought Baby5 into his service before leading Law and Urouge to Doflamingo’s Underground Factory.
• Hiko destroyed the factory, freed the toys and Tontatta, and confronted Doflamingo, defeating him after withstanding his attacks and stopping the Birdcage.
• Hiko left Doflamingo’s fate to Law and promised to free Dressrosa’s toys, while Fujitora arrived and explosions suggested the Donquixote Family had begun a final destructive plan.

Uchiha Hiko saved Dressrosa from destruction, helped King Riku rebuild it, and arranged supplies, alliances, and Devil Fruit auctions. As a hidden enemy continued to threaten the country’s recovery, Hiko confronted Germa and fought Jack the Drought, leaving the battle still underway.

• Hiko spared Doflamingo, then used his power to rescue Dressrosa’s civilians, extinguish fires, and seal the country’s cracks.
• Hiko declared Dressrosa a Free Nation, revealed King Riku was alive, and refused the throne while helping arrange supplies and support for reconstruction.
• Kaguya Otsutsuki learned of Hiko’s growing strength and ordered the Celestial Dragon royals to sow discord against him.
• Hiko sent Luo and Urouge to investigate missing supply ships, then planned Devil Fruit auctions and arranged for the Marines to establish an outpost near Dressrosa.

Uchiha Hiko defeated Jack, strengthened Dressrosa, and imposed his own rules on the island even when the Marines and Celestial Dragons opposed him. After Drake defected from Kaido and joined Hiko, the auction began under a fragile truce, while Hiko suspected powerful figures in Mary Geoise were still obstructing Dressrosa’s recovery.

• Hiko defeated Jack and declared Dressrosa his territory, then handed captured Pirates over to the Marines and used the resulting bounty and trade to support reconstruction.
• Hiko ordered Kyros to build a Devil Fruit army and announced a public celebration and auction, while the Marines withdrew after clashing with his policy of welcoming Pirates.
• When the Celestial Dragons fired on harbor ships, Hiko stopped the cannon fire, defeated Lucci, and forced the nobles to follow Dressrosa’s docking rules.
• Drake’s crew attacked the Konoha Go, but Hiko rescued Baby5, subdued the attackers, and invited Drake to join him.

Dressrosa then captured the BIGMOM fleet, while Hiko maneuvered Germa 66 into a confrontation with the Celestial Dragons and prepared for the approaching Blackbeard fleet.

• Hiko sold the Slow-Slow Fruit to the Celestial Dragons for 3.5 billion Beli, then crushed a pirate assault led by Burgess and Shiryu and captured more than 130 pirates.
• Hiko proposed the Uchiha Alliance to neutral nations, and four impoverished nations joined after he promised them protection, aid, and tax exemption.
• Hiko led the battle against the BIGMOM Pirates, using his Susanoo, elemental attacks, and Kraken Unit to disrupt their fleet before Law, Jinbe, Urouge, and Drake struck from beneath the sea.
• Dressrosa's forces and the Celestial Dragons' warship overwhelmed the BIGMOM fleet, and Hiko accepted its surrender and arranged for the Marines to take custody of the prisoners.
