After being beaten into a sorry retreat by that native boy in the Land of Waves last time, Urashiki had known something was wrong with this timeline. But Karasuki was in the hands of those other two fellows, so returning to his original time and space was impossible for now.
Urashiki was alone, and crossing time and space had consumed too much chakra. He could not go to other star regions to look for this timeline's Momoshiki and Kinshiki, so he thought of Ōtsutsuki Isshiki, who was still alive at this point in time.
