That colossal pillar of Chaos Divine Lightning, dozens of miles in diameter, carried the primordial destructive force from the dawn of Heaven and Earth. Like a primordial divine mountain crushing down, it thundered toward the rugged stone platform.
There was not the slightest buffer, nor the faintest suspense.

The first wave of lightning touched the layers of shields stacked around the demon beasts. Like red-hot meteoric iron piercing thin ice, it instantly tore their densely packed protective divine abilities to shreds, leaving not even a wisp of spiritual light behind.
The protective divine abilities of the several hundred ninth-order demon beasts on the stone platform let out a chorus of overwhelmed wails. In the blink of an eye, they shattered into billions of points of light and dissipated into the void.
Their thick scales were like paper in the lightning, vaporizing in an instant. The tendons, flesh, and bones beneath them were scorched and annihilated by the flames, leaving not even ashes behind.
Their innate demonic flames did not even have the right to resist before the might of the chaos lightning. One sweep of lightning turned them into nothingness, leaving not even a spark behind.
The several hundred ninth-order demon beasts howled as they charged toward the divine lightning, trying to shield that "Kun" from catastrophe. Yet before they could even scream, their bodies disintegrated inch by inch within the chaos lightning.
Some were cleaved in two by the lightning, their black-and-red organs and charred flesh spraying outward. Before they could even hit the ground, the following lightning vaporized them into dust.
Others dissolved directly within the violent torrent of energy, leaving behind only wisps of pungent Demonic Energy that were swept away without a trace by the raging wind.
