Its grounds occupied nearly a third of the entire southern district, making it the largest complex in Lancana City aside from the royal palace.
The academy was divided into four major houses, classified and named by the colors of gemstones.
The four houses were Ruby House, which primarily taught combat magic and related techniques.
Sapphire House, which taught support magic and Healing Magic.
Topaz House, which created magical items and researched Magic Alchemy.
And Emerald House, which researched magical theory and developed new magic.
The four gemstone colors represented four different schools of mages, and the "mentor" Li Qi had chosen was a magic professor from "Topaz House."
His name was Delian Flores, and he was the dean of Topaz House.
Inglis had a rather interesting admissions system. Besides the regular annual assessment for adolescents, it also had a "Special Recruitment System."
