Stargazing Day was one of the greatest events in the entire Southern Region Wizarding World.
An event of such magnitude was naturally no ordinary affair. It meant that the entire Wizarding World, from top to bottom, was watching it. Even the slightest stir could affect the shifting overall situation, perhaps even leaving a deep mark upon the long scroll of history.
