Several people spoke in succession, sharing what they had gained from the Mystery of the Starry Sky. Most of their prophecies held some significance, but were only beneficial to certain specific groups and of little use to the majority.
For instance, one prophecy wizard said that he had seen a vast expanse of glowing Sea Glowing Velvet Grass near the Marduk Trench.
Sea Glowing Velvet Grass and Glowing Velvet Grass were two kinds of magical plants. Glowing Velvet Grass was a plant from another world, while Sea Glowing Velvet Grass was a low-grade magical plant native to the Wizarding World. When refined into potions, it could cure relatively mild magical backlash.
There had been no record of Sea Glowing Velvet Grass being discovered for several centuries. Its reappearance now was, in truth, a good thing.
However, other potions could substitute for treating magical backlash, and Sea Glowing Velvet Grass could only cure low-level magical backlash. It was not particularly valuable.
This information would probably be somewhat useful to some of the apprentices present, since they could make a little money from it. But to prophecy wizards, it was basically useless.
Still, even if this prophecy was of no use, no one cared much now. After all, they were not the first to speak, so there was no pressure.
Besides, having something to exchange with others was already quite good. It both demonstrated one's ability to interpret the Mystery of the Starry Sky and boosted one's reputation. When the next Stargazing Day came around, perhaps even their assigned seats would be a little farther inward.
Of course, not every prophecy was useless. Two of them drew everyone's intense attention.
