Liana was currently atop Rosewater Tower, standing on a towering billboard with blueprints in hand as she overlooked more than half the construction site below. One moment she shook her head, the next she nodded, while contemplation and emotion occasionally flickered through her eyes.
"This is wrong. Who is in charge of constructing Cloud Sky Street in the southeastern district? Why does it differ from the blueprints?" Liana frowned and pulled up the person responsible for that area, rapidly communicating with them through the Mother Tree Interlink.
"Damn it, self-expression again. Do they really think they are more capable than the original designer?"
Liana cursed as she roared into the Mother Tree Interlink.
