Boluoye followed the Inspector's gaze. It could see nothing with the naked eye, but when it opened its energy vision, an... odd creature appeared before it.
Odd, though not really odd.
Overall, it was a transparent, limp creature that resembled a Snot Monster.
Boluoye had seen this creature before. It was called a Void Traveler, a group of feeble and timid void creatures with no special abilities. They were merely quite fast and few in number.
Phantom City actually had a Void Traveler. The city lord had captured it.
It did not think highly of Void Travelers, because they were a pack of fools without the slightest intelligence. They were weak as well. It had no idea why the city lord enjoyed studying them so much, even specially creating a dedicated laboratory to keep them from escaping.
In Boluoye's eyes, any creature that stole the city lord's attention was no good creature.
Void Travelers were no exception.
Yet this Void Traveler before them differed from the one in Phantom City because it was... fat and huge.
Ordinary Void Travelers were basically all the same size, but this one looked as though it had mutated. Compared to it, the others were like dwarves beside a giant.
But no matter how large it was, it remained a weak and timid Void Traveler, unworthy of Boluoye's notice.
