"When I used to adventure with Wai, I noticed a typical trait in the way he laid out plans. Whatever he considered himself, he assumed his opponent would definitely consider as well. So he would incorporate the premise of 'my opponent will see through my layout' into his own plans."
Dox paused here. "It sounds awkward, but it isn't hard to understand. Just look at his actions and you'll get it."
"Earlier, while he was hiding in the Stone Prison Art, he drank three potions in succession. The Glowing Velvet Potion was for healing, which fell within the normal range of consideration. The Kalissa Antidote was also normal. Shadow-type fighters excel at sneak attacks, and to maximize their attacks, they often use poison. So taking a Kalissa Antidote beforehand as a precaution was beyond dispute."

Dox deliberately stressed the words "out of thin air."
Indeed, when they had considered it before, they had only thought Wai was preparing for a rainy day. But once Dox pointed it out, they could see that the Pheromone Shifting Water was on an entirely different level from the other two potions. It was more like Wai had imagined that his opponent might use pheromones to track him, and had prepared in advance for it. The Glowing Velvet Potion and Kalissa Antidote, on the other hand, had both been targeted measures.
"When would Wai inexplicably think one step further? Only when he himself intended to do that would he consider that the other party might do it too." Dox shook his
