"What is Mr. Star Worm looking at?"
The sound of a cane striking the ground, accompanied by slow footsteps, reached Star Worm's ears.
Without even looking up, Star Worm knew that Gleipnir had come.
"The mist."
Gleipnir asked, "Is there something wrong with this mist?"
"There's nothing wrong with the mist. I was just thinking... could there be mountains within the mist? Snow-capped mountains? Rivers?" Star Worm said. "How should mountains and rivers be expressed through words? With broad, summarizing language, or with countless words piled together until they ultimately become mountains and rivers?"
"...I rather want to go and see."
Gleipnir gave Star Worm a deep look and softly said, "If you have the time later, there's no harm in going to see. I'm only afraid that the scene behind the mist may not live up to Mr. Star Worm's wishes."
Star Worm thought Gleipnir meant that the "written description" might be unsatisfying, and hurriedly said, "No, I don't care whether the words describing mountains and rivers are broad summaries or detailed accounts."
"I'm simply very interested in the world of words."
Gleipnir did not explain that the mist outside the manor was actually the boundary. Instead, she changed the subject. "Now that you mention it, Mr. Star Worm should also be interested in creating things with words. Would you like to try creating something?"
Star Worm froze for a moment. "I can create things too?"
"Of course." As Gleipnir spoke, she handed Star Worm a sheet of specially made paper.
After taking the sheet, Star Worm looked somewhat blank. "What is this?"
Gleipnir instinctively explained, "This is a specially made sheet of paper... Hm?"
Yet halfway through her explanation, Gleipnir suddenly realized something.
"You can't see the prompt on it?"
Star Worm was still rather confused. "What prompt?"
