"Another Truth Wizard is looking into Lucas." Angel grew ever more curious. What secrets was Lucas hiding? Or rather, what did Lucas know that made these titans, usually hidden away across the land, flock to him like ducks to a pond?

Ever since meeting Jiebo, he had spent the entire previous night considering whether he should continue digging into Lucas.

So far, including Big Fish Warlock, there were already three formal wizards investigating Lucas, two of them Truth Wizards. If he continued involving himself, he could very well end up in a dangerous predicament.

But once curiosity had been stirred, it was hard to set aside.

After a night of deliberation, he still decided to continue his investigation in the Anjou Dynasty.

He knew perfectly well that curiosity killed the cat, but he also knew that curiosity was a researcher's foremost virtue. Without humanity's curiosity toward all things under heaven and earth, it would never have developed to where it was today.

He was willing to follow the curiosity in his heart and investigate this matter. However, he had also set a limit for himself. Curiosity was fine, but it had to have bounds; he would only unravel the curiosity in his heart as long as it did not endanger his personal safety.

Now, whether it was Deep Sea Song or Summer Dew Ridge, they were out in the open as far as Angel was concerned, while he himself remained in the shadows.

They were in the light; he was in the dark. He had far more room to maneuver than they did.

Moreover, Angel had an aboveboard reason for going to the Anjou Dynasty this time—recruiting gifted individuals. Even if he showed himself openly, it probably would not arouse suspicion.

Besides, Angel truly intended to stop at the right
