"Sea Goddess." Valli softly repeated the name, her expression somewhat dazed, as though she had once again stepped into that music and that wondrous dream.
Even Valli herself could not tell whether it had been an illusion, a dream, or another world.
For the time being, she considered it a dream. Within that dream, she had lost all her memories and become an ordinary person searching for a miracle upon the roaring sea.
For the first time in that dream, Valli had felt fear toward the sea. At the same time, she had gained a clear understanding of what ordinary people faced before the ocean's waves.
At the final moment, Valli still had not found a miracle. Yet before dying in the dream, she had vaguely seen a glowing skirt behind a wave.
"So that was the Sea Goddess?" Valli murmured to herself.
It was not only Valli who sighed. The surrounding merfolk knights also began recounting their experiences in that dream. Nearly none of them had seen the Sea Goddess; many had not even caught sight of her skirt or a single strand of her hair.
Yet having experienced that dream, they were all utterly certain that the Sea Goddess might be right by their side.
Listening to the merfolk's discussion, Angel finally understood that when the music had flowed forth for the second time, this group had actually been drawn into that Alchemical Illusion Realm.
Angel curiously looked toward Toby and asked whether it too had entered that Alchemical Illusion Realm. However, Toby's answer was negative. It had never entered the Alchemical Illusion Realm.
Could it be that the leaking Alchemical Illusion Realm could only be entered by humans or humanoid creatures? Angel secretly pondered.
"My lord, was the world created by that music earlier a dream?" Valli
