Heartblood information was actually something akin to a person's biological code. However, with only heartblood information, and after such a long passage of time, the information obtained would not be much. But if a prophecy wizard lent a hand, it might still be possible to deduce the other party's identity.

Xius pondered for a moment, then said to Angel, "This is all you can do?"

"This is all I can do."

"Fine, then. Even heartblood information will do. How do we extract this heartblood information?" Xius asked.

"That is not difficult. We only need to reverse-engineer the magic energy array, though it may take quite some time." Since the heartblood had become compatible with Blood Source Reversion, changes would naturally occur. For instance, the angles of certain magical patterns would shift, and the distribution of energy would change accordingly. Those changes revealed certain pieces of information. All that was needed was to reverse-engineer the magic energy array, find this irregular information, and organize it. That was what was known as heartblood information.

It was quite a coincidence, really. He had reverse-engineered Blood Source Reversion before. Only then, it had been to confirm the origin of the magical patterns on Crimson Sovereignty; now, it was to investigate the changes in those patterns.

Because he had reverse-engineered it before, he did not consider it difficult. However, there were too many lines of magical patterns in Blood Source Reversion's magic energy array. He needed to be precise down to the smallest detail and examine them bit by bit, which would take some time.

"How long?"

"About half a month."
