made the enormous creature sleeping deep within the island feel incomparably peaceful and comfortable.
A gigantic fox with crimson fur and nine thick, long tails.
It was none other than the Nine-Tails, Kurama, who had arrived on Sea Star around three months ago!
With every breath the Nine-Tails took,
his snoring stirred the surrounding air into palpable gusts that spread in all directions.
His occasionally swaying fox tails lightly slapped the ground, producing thunderous rumbles and muffled booms like drums.
This showed that he was in an exceptionally good mood.
Ever since arriving on Sea Star,
the Nine-Tails felt that every breath of air carried the fragrance of freedom.
He no longer had to be cramped inside the tiny cage of a jinchuriki, no longer had to let hatred and rage consume his mind, and no longer had to worry about being forcibly controlled and beaten senseless.
Here, he had his own territory for the first time. His own home.
