These people had been frightened to tears, their eyes bloodshot and their hearts utterly consumed by fear. Yet they could only make muffled whimpers, unable to say a single word.
At that moment, a monster over two meters tall, black all over with scarlet eyes,
possessing not only thick, powerful arms but also eight legs protruding from its back,
was using its hideous mouthparts to suck down the corpse of a man whose organs and flesh had been completely melted by venom.
