Kuzan joined Fleet Admiral Sengoku’s group, determined to learn why those men had been accepted into the Army.

• The World Government imposed extreme security around the new headquarters and Red Port before convening its Supreme Administrative Conference.
• Kuzan met Borsalino at the Red Port checkpoint, where he learned Sakazuki had left the Navy and become an Army General.

• Tsuru warned Sengoku that Kaido, Whitebeard, Big Mom, and other powerful pirates might soon leave the Marines without opponents on Sea Star.
• Garp learned that Rouge was about to give birth, but Tsuru refused to let him visit her before the delivery.

• Bullet took the officers by train to Kongokaku and gave them five hours to explore while warning them about Kabane and local resistance in Kyushu.

• Mihawk and Gion oversaw the evacuation of World Government personnel from Wano while they waited for Garp to arrive before confronting Whitebeard.
• Fukurokuju brought Kikunojo, Kin'emon, and Shinobu to the warship, while Denjiro, Asura Doji, and Kawamatsu escaped.
