At the Top 10 award ceremony, Imu denied Sasha’s wish to free Louise and Saito Hiraga, but granted her revised wish to revive Duga’s father, Hedoru Ray Marsi. His return stunned the arena and viewers across eight worlds, who learned that the World Government could reach the Underworld and bring the dead back to life.

• Sasha wished to free Louise and Saito Hiraga from Impel Down, but Imu denied the request and told her to choose another wish.
• Sasha then wished to revive Duga’s father, and Imu agreed to let Brimir restore him using a fragment of the Philosopher’s Stone.
