Project: Witch.

Level: Euclid/Keter.

Euclid-class clearance: Levels B to A.

Keter-class clearance: Restricted to the Olympus Board of Directors.

Description:

Apart from the Olympus Board of Directors, Umbrella employees believed that the project was a Euclid-class anomaly possessing only "magic" abilities.

In reality, the project was a Keter-class Reality Warper capable of rewriting reality.

However, the project was indistinguishable from an ordinary human in both behavior and personality, merely being a precocious nine-year-old child.

Given the project's extreme cooperation and lack of any history of harming humans, General Ostrovsky of the board adopted her.

She was renamed Xia Andrena Ostrovskaya.

The project was also the first Keter-class anomaly ever adopted since the company's founding.

On September 29, 2015, General Ostrovsky returned with the project to Troy Base on the outskirts of Halifax City and arranged for her to attend Umbrella Comprehensive School in Halifax City.

Since the project was nine years old, she was placed in a K-5 classroom, where she lived and studied alongside ordinary children.

Until the project reached adulthood, General Ostrovsky would reside in Halifax for extended periods and oversee various military operations at Troy Base.

Supplementary File One:

Umbrella Comprehensive School, which the project attended, was an international school invested in and built by the company, with primary, middle, and high school divisions.

It was divided into K-1 through K-12.

K-1 through K-6 comprised the primary school division, K-7 through K-8 the middle school division, and K-9 through K-12 the high school division.

Umbrella Comprehensive School had the world's finest teaching staff and abundant funding, and frequently organized various summer and winter camps.

For example, it could charter several UM-255 civilian aircraft to take students to a lunar resort, allowing teachers to explain interesting facts and knowledge about Earth and the Moon along the way.
