Inside the police station's chief's office, Second Lieutenant Kemur was dealing with such boring cases as tourist disputes and luggage theft.
Outside the office, the six police officers were either handling their assigned cases or taking advantage of a brief lull to relax and drink coffee to stay alert.
Suddenly, one of the officers sitting behind his desk received an emergency call, and his expression instantly turned grave.
Immediately afterward, the officer left his work area and hurried into the police chief's office.
He reported solemnly, "Chief, I just received an emergency call from Saint Sophia Church. The caller was a security guard. I believe some kind of abnormal phenomenon has occurred inside the church."
"Hm?"
Kemur stopped what he was doing, looked up at the officer before him, and asked, "What happened next? What exactly is the situation?"
"The security guard said that the angel statues inside the church had come to life. He also said that several of his colleagues had already been killed." The officer spoke urgently.
Upon hearing this,
Kemur immediately stood up and walked out of his office. He shouted to all the police officers and agents:
"Everyone! An abnormal phenomenon may have appeared at Saint Sophia Church, and there may be civilian casualties.
"Everyone, abandon your police identities immediately and change into the company's equipment. Follow me to the church."
"Yes, Lieutenant!" the agents saluted Kemur, then hurried to the equipment area and changed into Mechanical Skeletons and other Individual Equipment.
Kemur looked at the officer who had reported to him and ordered, "Notify the nearby agents and have them move out with us."
"Yes." The officer saluted Kemur as well, then returned to his work area to contact the nearby agents.
As for Kemur, he returned to his
