• William learned that a four-meter inter-universal passage had opened on Prince Edward Island and led to the Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost universe.
• William purchased and watched the theatrical film, then learned that the Human Liberation Army would infiltrate Smart Brain Company in one hour to seize the two Emperor Belts.
• William had Serena dispatch UBCS to seal off the passage area.
• William told Serena that the other universe had only a little over two thousand humans left, but its anomalies posed no threat to Umbrella.

William sent Leng, Heroson, and Robert’s Terminator squad to a teleportation passage leading to a world where humanity faced extinction from Orphnoch. Evreny briefed them on protecting three human-friendly Orphnoch and stealing the Heavenly Emperor and Earthly Emperor belts for The Hive to study.

• William ordered Serena to send Heroson and Angel Leng to the teleportation passage, then dispatched Robert and a squad of Terminators to support them.
• Leng defeated Heroson during their training in the Greek Underworld and took him away for practical combat training.

Leng and Heroson joined Robert and the twenty Terminators in the battle near the Smart Brain Building, where they overwhelmed the Orphnoch forces. Robert then approached Kusaka Hayato and identified his group as an Umbrella force sent to assist humanity, leaving Kusaka wary of both them and Leng.

• Leng pulled Heroson from a crater and told him to fight the female employee Orphnoch, which he defeated with a single punch that reduced her to sand.
• Robert and the twenty Terminators attacked the remaining Orphnoch, sparing civilians who fled and eliminating the forces stationed near the Smart Brain Building.

• Leng told Heroson to demonstrate his abilities, and he borrowed Kusaka Hayato’s Kaiser Belt and transformed into Kaiser.

• Evreny asked Kiba, Yuka, and Kaitou to place their phones on the table, and Robert stopped Kaitou from reaching out to touch her.

Vision gave Kiba and his companions five days to find trustworthy Orphnochs before the attack on Brain Company, while Leng agreed to attend the Human Liberation Army’s masquerade ball with Heroson. After leaving the base, Evreny told Robert to help search for Inui Takumi, whose exceptional combat power the chairman had mentioned.

• Evreny and Robert searched the amusement-park market and nearby woods for Inui Takumi, but failed to find him before nightfall.
• Evreny located Brain Company's armory, which held two thousand Leo Rider belts and the assembly line for producing them.
• Leng told Evreny that her Sub-biological Engine could rewrite belt transformation permissions, and agreed to help give suitable humans exclusive belts to reduce bloodshed.

Noble Team, led by Carter, cleared an intersection and moved toward the Underground Facility to execute rebel leaders and investigate its unknown anomalies.

• Baghdad’s streets filled with Rebel forces and civilians openly expressing hatred for the United States and the UNSC.
• At 14:00, missiles bombed Baghdad’s outskirts as drop pods landed across the city, deploying Andre’s ubcS and heavy soldiers against the Rebels.
• Umbrella’s forces attacked Rebel tanks, armored vehicles, and troops, engulfing the city district in fighting.
• At 14:03, five Spartan-II soldiers from Noble Team destroyed a Rebel platoon at an intersection north of central Baghdad.

Leng, Heroson, and Robert cleared the factory while the Human Liberation Army secured its supplies and two thousand Leo Rider Belts. The army returned to camp with the haul, and Leng prepared 414 members to test their newly assigned belts.

• Heroson, Leng, and Robert defeated the SWAT forces inside the factory and warehouse, then Leng told Mizuhara to collect the spoils.
• Mizuhara led soldiers into the factory, where Robert directed them to the warehouse; Leng had stored the factory equipment in her Dark Space while Evreny stole the blueprints and data.

The convoy reached Tokyo largely unopposed until SWAT units and armored troops blocked its path four blocks from headquarters, with Kamen Rider 'Bu Jingyun' among them.

• Leng told the assembled group that their belts were ready and promised they would be safe, and Mizuhara, Mari, Kitaro, and more than four hundred soldiers transformed into Leo Riders.
• Leng announced that Yuji Kiba and more than a hundred friendly Orphnoch would join them before their planned attack on Brain Company, while Kusaka left the plaza.

• Brain Company’s forces faced Robert’s convoy, and Kusaka shot a SWAT member before transforming into Kaiser.
• Brain Company opened fire, but a scarlet wall of air blocked the attacks while humans and benevolent Ophidians transformed into Leo Riders.
• Evreny broadcast the battle, and Ophidian viewers saw humans and their own kind fighting together.

Inui Takumi used Faiz’s Acceleration Mode to destroy Brain Company’s armored forces, allowing the allied forces to reach and seize its headquarters. Brain Company’s leadership was eliminated, and Leng prepared to bring angels to the universe as the company moved to support Kiba and the others.

• Inui Takumi activated Faiz’s Acceleration Mode and destroyed four Type 90 tanks and twelve LAV-3 vehicles in a Crimson Sixteen Combo.
• Robert led the Terminators in killing the remaining Brain Company forces, while the allies captured or drove off the rest and cleared the road to headquarters.

• Evreny helped Yuji Kiba, Yuka Nagata, Naoya Kaitou, and other benevolent Orphnoch take over Brain Company, while Umbrella seized its documents and sent staff and AIs to oversee the transition.
• Evreny dispatched Ghost Agents to arrest Kusaka Hayato and bring him and the Kaiser Belt to the Main Universe, where the company classified him as D-Class personnel and sent him to The Hive.

On November 12, 2065, William visited the Hive’s weapons sector to inspect Upsilon, Umbrella’s new Photon Blood belt, and tried it on himself. After testing its enhancements and reverting to normal, he asked Serena if she wanted to transform too.

• William switched his office’s virtual scenery from the Egyptian desert to a cooler grassland before Serena arrived to take him to the weapons sector.
• William opened three equipment cases and found Kaixa, Earthly Emperor, and Upsilon, a new belt with a strict biological lock and powerful accessories.
• William put on Upsilon and transformed after entering 336 into its flip phone.
• William tested Upsilon’s boosted strength and reaction speed, then canceled his transformation.
• William looked at Kaixa and asked Serena if she wanted to transform into a Kamen Rider.

Serena accepted the Kaiser Belt and challenged William to test their transformed suits against Umbrella's T-107 Tyrants. The battle began with Serena immobilizing William, but her attack failed when he broke free and vanished.

• Serena chose the Kaiser Belt and asked William to test its power with her.
• Serena led William into the underground trial grounds and revealed a force of more than 120 armed T-107s.
• Serena transformed into Kaiser, and William transformed into Upsilon as the Tyrants charged and opened fire.

William used Upsilon to destroy the T-107 Tyrants, then discussed the Leo Belt’s future use by the Ghost Agents with Serena. He and Serena left Umbrella’s headquarters in an airship and returned to the palace, where William stored Upsilon’s belt for Halsey.

• William broke free of Caesar’s light net and used Upsilon’s Spear to destroy every T-107 Tyrant.

William learned that a rift to Hell had opened on Mars and led Umbrella’s forces through it to find the missing Doom Slayer, investigate the rift, and stop a possible invasion. The demon army’s invasion plans were reversed as Umbrella’s troops entered Hell in force.

• Serena told William that a rift had appeared above Mars’s artificial desert, and he ordered an expedition to investigate and search for the missing muscular man, the Doom Slayer.
• William, Serena, Heroson, Angel Leng, Queen, and Umbrella’s forces traveled to Mars and assembled near the rift.
• Under Robert, John, Mylon, and Corax, 100,000 Astartes and 300,000 Elite Veterans entered Hell to hunt demons, find the Doom Slayer, and determine how to close the rift.
