Narrative:

In the first quarter of 2027, Umbrella used the Ark's absolute control over the Halo installations to transport the seven Halos in the Milky Way Galaxy to the Solar System.

Several days after the Halos were transported to the Solar System, Umbrella and the UNSC carried out a joint operation, annihilating all the monitors of each Halo.

Umbrella then announced that the Halos were the property of Umbrella Corporation, and that no other government, organization, or company of any kind had the right to research or develop them.

Furthermore, under the orders of the company's owner, William Russell, Umbrella dispatched an Engineering Team to construct semi-colonial bases exclusively for company personnel on each Halo.

Each Halo had a considerable number of researchers and technicians conducting continuous research, with a regiment of the Marine Corps and two air squadrons responsible for security.

The climate, humidity, oxygen content, and other natural factors on the Halo's surface could all be adjusted through the Control Room, making it highly suitable for growing crops.

Therefore, apart from company employees, the Halos also recruited a group of farmers and livestock breeders who had passed screening and signed Confidentiality Agreements, allowing Umbrella to maximize its economic benefits from the Halos.
