She handled surveillance, personnel screening, logistics, production notices, and urgent anomaly reports, including the investigation of Athens and the organization of Umbrella's Heavy Soldiers 144 156.

By the Reaper conflict, Serena was neurally linked with William and his God Body. She marked targets, coordinated fleet fire support, controlled the unit's Funnels, and infiltrated the Reaper mothership's systems after William forced an entry through its shield 185 186 187.
