One could only say that it truly lived up to its reputation as the Reed Flying Ship's largest and most famous attraction.
The Great Banyan Tree stood in an excellent location. There were no residential buildings nearby, only a vast plaza.
Quite a few "streetlights" stood throughout the plaza. Each was illuminated by Night-Shining Pearls or strange flames, bright enough to provide ample light while remaining subtly restrained, preserving the peaceful, hazy tranquility of the night.
The Night-Shining Pearls had specifically been chosen from those blood-red pearls, so they emitted a dark-red glow. On top of that, the streetlights were all bright red and connected by red silk ribbons, adding even more festive cheer.
Even weaving through the red cloth, if you happened to meet a girl, you would feel the flutter of love at first sight.

This Marriage Tree was truly enormous. Jiang Lin always felt it must have mutated—it actually stood fifty or sixty meters tall! Its aerial roots hung down from the banyan, forming a small grove around the main tree.
Whether on the main tree or in that small grove, every branch was covered with red tags.
Most of the red marriage tags had been tied together in pairs with red ribbons and fastened to the tree. As the evening breeze blew, they bumped against each other with crisp little sounds.
Of course, there were also a few lonely marriage tags hanging there all by themselves, looking exactly like single dogs at a couples' party...
