He could feel the atmosphere at the scene growing increasingly awkward.
With no other choice, Erwin could only walk over at this point.
He smiled as he tried to smooth things over.
"You don't need to talk about all this nonsense here. Just take good care of Eren."
As he said that, it was as if he had suddenly remembered something.
Erwin raised a hand and stroked his chin.
His expression turned serious. "Also, I suddenly have a new decision. Based on this, I plan to investigate beyond the walls. What does everyone think of this new decision?"
Perhaps no one had expected Erwin to say something like that.
Even Su Yang was somewhat unable to react in time.
He could not help turning to look at Eren beside him, only to notice that Eren was also looking his way.
Their eyes met, and Su Yang had no choice but to ask, "What do you think?"

Eren felt utterly conflicted inside.
He did not know how to answer either.
Shaking his head helplessly, Eren finally found his voice. "I think this decision is especially good."
As he said that, Eren's face was full of conflict. He had never been this nervous before.
Eren was especially afraid that everyone would oppose this new decision. If that happened, it would have been better if there had been no such decision at all.
Thinking of this, Eren could not help clenching his fists. His expression grew increasingly complicated.
Eren was not the only one feeling nervous and uneasy.
Su Yang had never felt this miserable before either.
He had never been nervous or uneasy over anything, yet now, because of Eren,
Su Yang felt as if his heart were about to leap out of his throat.
