Meanwhile, Su Lin inspected the Wolf Pack’s expanded forces and reorganized divisions, leaving Fox Wolf as the strongest of the Female Wolves.

• Molde and Russia’s leaders rejected Jerusalem’s demand, chose to stand with their people, and imposed harsh laws for nationwide war preparations.
• Ragged Arctic survivors returned, and Roris told Molde that everyone who had gone had died.

Sander and Sparkling Star took control of Molde, the commander of the Siberia War Zone, after Sparkling Star overwhelmed him with her mental strength. With Molde’s command token in hand, Sander planned to use his identity to gain control of the war zone and sell his supplies to the gathered legendary figures.

• Molde attacked Sander with his flying knives after trying to intimidate him, but Sparkling Star secretly suppressed Molde with her mental strength.
• Sander’s preparations kept the struggle hidden from Molde’s attendants and the outside world as Sparkling Star wore down Molde’s will.
• Molde lost consciousness and control of his flying knives, allowing Sander to approach and verify that Sparkling Star had subdued him.
