The common name is: Heaven and Earth Realm.
This means that upon reaching this stage, one must cultivate the Small Universe within the body. Due to special circumstances, the Dragon Race does not cultivate a Small Universe, but instead cultivates something else. The Heaven and Earth Realm is a process of perfecting one's Small Universe, so there are stages such as the first, second, and third, corresponding to the early, middle, and late phases.
