Ōtsutsuki Isshiki went to the moon to seize the power of the Otsutsuki clans while they fought among themselves. After the battle ended, he approached their massive eye and learned it was called the Tenseigan.

Meanwhile, Uchiha Daiki remained trapped in Isshiki’s other-dimensional seal and resolved to grow stronger, as Madara Uchiha’s battle with Hashirama Senju continued at the Valley of the End.

• Ōtsutsuki Isshiki defeated the Otsutsuki branch members and absorbed the Tenseigan, then prepared to take their eyes as well.
