Years after the World Bridge project began, Maud and Brook stood at Twin Cape as the connected world flourished. They watched Laboon and its pod reunite across the now-vanished Red Line, while Crocas reflected on Maud’s impact.

• The World Bridge linked the regions of the world and helped spread Sea Trains and new progress.
• Maud stood atop the preserved lighthouse at Twin Cape with Brook, who held a book bearing Maud’s name and asked about its ending.
• Maud told Brook to leave the book as it was, and Brook said he did not want to see the ending yet.
• Laboon and a pod of scarred whales surfaced and sang in the sea now that the Red Line was gone.
• Brook recognized Laboon, while Crocas watched the whales from beneath the lighthouse and reflected on Maud.

Maud and Perona affirmed their relationship before heading to a banquet celebrating Maud’s companions. The banquet fell silent when Maud arrived, and Sunny and Hancock both invited him to sit beside them.

• Perona clung to Maud and kissed his neck, while Maud let her keep calling him “Lord Maud.”
• Perona helped Maud straighten his collar, then floated beside him as they went to the banquet hall.
• Maud entered the hall, where more than a thousand guests fell silent before laughing at his joke about Kuzan.
• Sunny waved Maud over to the empty seat she had saved beside her, while Hancock had also saved him a seat at the neighboring table.

At a banquet, Sunny and Hancock both tried to get Maud to sit beside them, leaving him unable to choose. Just as he was forced to respond, Law arrived and used Room.

At the banquet, Maud drank with his companions before escaping to the balcony, where Sunny spoke of Saul’s final wish for them to have a child. The story ended with Maud and Sunny smiling together as Beli ran to them for help from a drunken Shusui.

• Luo teleported Maud to the drinking table, and Maud chose to sit beside him rather than Sunny and Hancock.
• Hawkins gave up his seat to Urouge, but Perona knocked Urouge down and took the seat beside Maud.
• Shanks and the other guests tried to get Maud drunk, so Maud used a Shadow Clone and slipped away to the balcony.
• Sunny brought Maud honey water, and they quietly recalled the past together.
• Sunny told Maud that Saul’s final wish was to see her have a child with him, making Maud choke on his drink.
• Beli ran to Maud and Sunny for help as a drunken Shusui attacked him with flames and thunder.

A black-robed traveler in the Dark Continent was saved from a sandworm by a violin-playing skeleton, while Gin met Mate and read her family's ancient book, D. Maud. In the present, the Twelve Zodiacs examined a dangerous longblade, and Maud opened his eyes in darkness as he sensed a distant fight and killing intent.

• A sandworm made of sand attacked the black-robed figure, but a violin melody destroyed the Gaseous lifeform and revealed a tall skeleton.
• Gin refused Mate's invitation to play, then showed her that he had translated the title of her family's ancient book, D. Maud.
• Tiger Kansai told the Twelve Zodiacs that he had collapsed a tomb and found a strange longblade inside.
• Gin questioned Kansai about the ruined tomb, and Dog Kido stopped Gin from attacking him.
• The Twelve Zodiacs debated whether to hand the ominous longblade to an exorcist.
• Maud opened his eyes in darkness and sensed an argument, a fight, and killing intent on the breeze.
