"Zubat, use Supersonic!" With the boost from Tailwind, Qing Wu's Zubat was much faster than the Beedrill.

Zubat's Supersonic caused some of the Beedrill to become confused, but more Beedrill simply lifted their rear ends.

Countless Stingers shot out like rain.

Many Poison Stings flew into the forest. The originally emerald tree trunks were covered in Stingers.

The venom on the Stingers seeped into the bark. The leaves of the once lush, large trees instantly turned yellow, and the bark cracked and peeled off.

"Come out, Electrike, use Thunderbolt!" After Electrike emerged from its Poké Ball, sparks crackled all over its body.

Electrike let out a roar, and countless Beedrill were hit by Thunderbolt, turning into charcoal and falling.

The sky was cleared for a moment, only to be instantly filled again by Beedrill that had caught up.

"This is bad, those Kakuna must have evolved. Let's run!" Qing Wu seemed to realize something and called back Zubat.

Kaminari also recalled Electrike, and the two fled desperately. Ahead of them, they found a wide river with a strong current.

"Jump!" Qing Wu recalled Zubat into its Poké Ball, put the Poké Ball into his Bracelet, and jumped down with Kaminari.

The two kicked their legs in mid-air before plunging headfirst into the river, immediately swept away by the turbulent current.

The Beedrill had already dispersed.

He not only threw up the water he had swallowed but also undigested food.

"Boss, did you feed me shit? Why does it stink so much?" Kaminari's voice was hoarse, likely from choking on water.

Qing Wu said to Kaminari. Just then, Zubat returned, dragging a tree trunk, flapping its wings.

"We must have entered Ursaring's territory," Qing Wu said somewhat bitterly.

"Boss, don't scare me," Kaminari took a step back.

"Okay, coming!" Kaminari quickly gathered around the bonfire to warm himself.

"It's already noon. We need to retrieve the treasure before sunset. Night is when Arbok are most active."

Qing Wu glanced at the treasure map. The edge of the Ursaring forest was where the Arbok lived.

Every now and then, an Ursaring would peek its head out from the forest. Qing Wu glanced at the Ursaring's level.

"Good heavens, this Ursaring is quite high-leveled. We need to be even more careful," Qing Wu muttered.

Qing Wu and Kaminari carefully traversed the Ursaring forest. After exiting the forest, both breathed a sigh of relief.

It had been agonizing. They had walked seven to eight kilometers in a full three hours.

They walked intermittently, fearing a sudden appearance of an Ursaring from the bushes.

Like Beedrill, Ursaring are very united. If you provoke one Ursaring, you provoke a whole group.

Upon reaching the Arbok forest, it was filled with Ekans. However, it was the afternoon, and the sun was intense.

Most of the Ekans were lying under the shade of the trees, too lazy to move.

Even the few Ekans that were still active lost interest as soon as they smelled the medicinal scent on Qing Wu.

Finally, Qing Wu and Kaminari reached the location marked on the map. It was another towering giant tree.

An Arbok was lying lazily under the big tree, seemingly having a sweet dream, drool dripping from its mouth.

Although Arbok is a poisonous snake, its saliva is not toxic. In fact, its saliva is a good medicine for muscle stiffness.

After a glance, Qing Wu confirmed that although this Arbok's level was higher than Zubat's, Zubat should have no problem holding it back.

"Kecleon, be careful. Dig out the treasure under the Arbok," Qing Wu called out Kecleon, using the same old method.

Kecleon nodded and, following Qing Wu's instructions, used Dig on the ground.

However, this time Kecleon knew the danger and dug deeper. No small mounds of earth appeared on the surface.

After waiting for a while, Qing Wu saw a small mound of earth appear near the Arbok on the ground. The mound grew larger and larger.

Finally, Kecleon rushed out from underground, carrying a battered iron box.

The Arbok was completely startled awake, its large snake eyes opening, filled with bloodshot veins.

The Arbok opened its huge mouth and sprayed yellow liquid at Kecleon.

"Kecleon, use Rock Tomb and dodge the Acid!" Kecleon rolled on the spot and stomped hard on the ground.

Giant rocks burst out of the earth, and the Acid landed on the rock's surface.

The rocks hissed and emitted a large amount of white smoke.

Just then, an even larger Arbok burst out from underground. This was likely why Kecleon had rushed out so hastily.

"Zubat, Kecleon, it's time to test your synergy!" Qing Wu shouted loudly at Zubat and Kecleon.

Zubat circled in mid-air, awaiting Qing Wu's command, while Kecleon boosted its defense with Iron Defense.
