"Zubat, use Supersonic." With Tailwind's boost, Qing Wu's Zubat was much faster than Beedrill.

Zubat's Supersonic threw some of the Beedrill into confusion, but even more of them stuck out their abdomens.

Countless Poison Stings shot over like rain.

Quite a few Poison Stings pierced into the forest, covering the originally emerald-green tree trunks.

The venom on the Poison Stings seeped into the bark. The leaves of the originally lush trees instantly turned yellow, while the bark cracked and peeled away.

"Come out, Electrike. Use Thunderbolt!" After Electrike emerged from its Poké Ball, electric sparks flashed all over its body.

Electrike opened its huge mouth and howled. Countless Beedrill were struck by Thunderbolt, turning into charcoal as they fell one after another.

A patch of empty air appeared overhead, but the Beedrill arriving from behind instantly filled it.

"Not good. Those Kakuna must have evolved. Let's run!" Qing Wu seemed to realize something and called Zubat back.

Leiming also recalled Electrike, and the two of them charged forward in disarray. But a wide river lay ahead, its current rushing fiercely.

"Jump!" Qing Wu recalled Zubat into its Poké Ball, put the Poké Ball into his Wristband, and jumped down after Leiming.

The two of them kicked their legs in midair before plunging headfirst into the river and being swept away by the turbulent current.

Qing Wu was an excellent swimmer. Even after falling into the rushing river, he could break the surface immediately, while Leiming struggled desperately.

Before long, Leiming's head sank again. Qing Wu dove to the riverbed, found Leiming sinking beneath the water, and swam toward the riverbank while dragging him along.

The Beedrill had dispersed by then.

Qing Wu looked at the unconscious Leiming and took a small bottle directly from his Wristband.

After he opened the bottle, a terrible stench poured out. It smelled like someone had worn the same unwashed socks for an entire month.

Covering his nose, Qing Wu held the small bottle beneath Leiming's nostrils. He carefully fanned the mouth of the bottle with his hand, sending more of the odor into Leiming's nose.

"Urgh!" Five or six seconds later, Leiming opened his eyes while still half-asleep and began vomiting nonstop onto the ground.

He vomited not only the water he had swallowed, but also the food that had yet to be digested.

"Boss, did you feed me shit? Why does it stink so badly?" Leiming's voice was somewhat hoarse, probably because he had choked on water.

"Stop whining. This medicine is very expensive. I made it by collecting Bellsprout's saliva."

Qing Wu was speaking to Leiming when Zubat flew back, dragging a section of tree trunk and beating its wings.

After Qing Wu saw the claw marks on the tree trunk, his expression turned serious.

"What's wrong, Boss?" Seeing Qing Wu's expression suddenly change, Leiming asked curiously.

"We must have entered Ursaring's territory," Qing Wu said bitterly.

To protect their offspring, any Pokémon that enter Ursaring territory will be torn to pieces by a furious group of Ursaring."

"Boss, don't scare me!" Leiming took a step back.

"We'll dry our clothes and leave immediately. Zubat, cut this tree trunk into countless pieces." Zubat spread its wings, and two or three enormous Wind Blades shot from them. The tree trunk instantly split into countless pieces.

"Wow, Zubat, you've gotten pretty good with Air Slash."

Zubat puffed out its little chest, looking as if it wanted him to praise it more.

Qing Wu used a windproof lighter to ignite the cut wood, and a Bonfire soon formed.

"Come on, Leiming. We need to warm ourselves by the fire as quickly as possible." Qing Wu spoke to Leiming, who was still standing there blankly.

"Okay, I'm coming." Leiming hurried over to the Bonfire and began warming himself.

"It's already the middle of the day. We need to retrieve the treasure before sunset. Arbok are most active at night."

Qing Wu glanced at the Treasure Map. The edge of Ursaring Forest was the forest where Arbok lived.

Every so often, an Ursaring poked its head out of the forest. Qing Wu glanced at its level.

Qing Wu and Leiming carefully made their way through Ursaring Forest. After leaving the forest, they both let out a sigh of relief.

It had been agonizing. They had walked only seven or eight kilometers, yet it had taken them three whole hours.

They had walked a little and stopped a little, terrified that an Ursaring might suddenly burst out of the bushes.

Like Beedrill, Ursaring were extremely united. Provoking one Ursaring meant provoking an entire group.

After reaching Arbok Forest, they found Arbok everywhere. However, it was afternoon, and the sun was scorching.

Most of the Arbok were resting beneath the shade of the trees, too lazy to move.

Even the Arbok that were still active lost interest immediately after smelling the medicinal fragrance on Qing Wu.

At last, Qing Wu and Leiming reached the location marked on the map. There was another towering tree.

An Arbok lay lazily beneath the tree, seemingly lost in a beautiful dream, with drool dripping from its mouth.

Although Arbok were poisonous snakes, their saliva was not toxic. In fact, their saliva was an excellent medicine for treating muscle stiffness.

Judging by its appearance, this Arbok was higher-level than Zubat, but Zubat should have no trouble holding it off.

"Kecleon, be careful. Dig out the treasure beneath Arbok." Using the same old method, Qing Wu called out Kecleon.

Kecleon nodded and, following Qing Wu's instructions, used Dig on the ground.

This time, Kecleon knew how dangerous the situation was and dug deeper. No small mound appeared on the surface.

After waiting for a while, Qing Wu saw a small mound appear on the ground near Arbok. The mound grew larger and larger.

At last, Kecleon hurried out from underground, carrying a battered iron box on its back.

Arbok was thoroughly awakened. It opened its enormous snake eyes, which were filled with blood vessels.

Arbok opened its huge mouth and sprayed yellow liquid at Kecleon.

"Kecleon, use Rock Tomb and dodge Acid!" Kecleon rolled across the ground and stomped down hard.

Huge rocks burst from the earth, while the Acid landed on their surface.

The rocks hissed, accompanied by a large amount of white smoke.

At that moment, an even larger Arbok burst out of the ground. This was probably why Kecleon had hurried out from underground.

"Zubat, Kecleon, it's time to test your teamwork!" Qing Wu shouted loudly at Zubat and Kecleon.

Zubat circled in midair, waiting for Qing Wu's command, while Kecleon had activated Iron Defense.
