Team Rocket categorizes Pokémon not only by aptitude but also by their rarity, dividing them into three levels: Common, Rare, and Pseudo-Legendary.

Common Pokémon are those that can be found everywhere, like Rattata and Pidgey.

Rare Pokémon are less common, such as Ralts and Zoroark, and the Starters.

Pseudo-Legendaries are, as the name suggests, Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon.

"No issues at all," Qing Wu said, signing his name with a flourish after reviewing the appraisal results.

"I also want to exchange for a Skill TM, Secret Power, an Underwater Breathing Apparatus, and a regular Red and White Poké Ball," Qing Wu told Mr. Hu.

Qing Wu didn't have many Poké Balls left.

"Secret Power, let me check," Mr. Hu replied accurately after pulling up the information on his computer, confirming they had it in stock.

This was one of the perks of being an official Team Rocket member; they could check available items for exchange directly through their own accounts without needing to go to the exchange counter.

Of course, some valuable resources were only accessible to Squad Leaders and above.

"We have the Underwater Breathing Apparatus too, it was just manufactured a few days ago," Mr. Hu said, deducting the Team Rocket points and returning the Trial Card to Qing Wu.

Qing Wu had visited the training grounds at Team Rocket headquarters before; the training facilities alone were eight stories high and divided into four tiers: Low, Mid, High, and Top.

The Top tier was exclusively for Boss Sakaki, the Four Generals, the Three Beasts, and the Three Executives.

The High tier was only accessible to elite Team Rocket members.

The Mid tier was for Squad Leaders and above.

The Team Rocket member ranks were: Grunt - Squad Leader - Captain - Elite - Executive - High Executive (like the Four Generals) - Leader (Sakaki).

Currently, Qing Wu was only a trial participant for Team Rocket, so to use the training grounds, he had to pay more points than regular members.

The training grounds at the trial base only had low-level facilities. For regular members, it cost 5 points per hour, but for trial participants, it was double. This meant Qing Wu had to pay 10 points to rent a low-level training room for one hour.

"I wonder who set this rule, they're really greedy," Qing Wu thought. Now that he was wealthy, these points didn't matter much, so Qing Wu directly rented the training room for three hours, spending sixty points.

Zubat could also use the gravity training room to improve its speed.

The equipment in this beginner training ground was most helpful for Zubat's improvement, while Kecleon just needed to stay in the gravity room.

With the boost from Tailwind, Zubat could fly effortlessly under three times gravity, and Kecleon was also doing well.

After all, although Zubat hadn't undergone gravity training, it had done weight training, and its light weight meant it wasn't significantly affected by gravity.
