Bai Tong followed the captain into a room. One wall of the room was made of glass, and through it, they could see a space behind it that resembled an aquarium tank.
There were no marine creatures inside, however—only water.
"This is also a deep-sea simulation room. The difference is that this place is used to train divers."
A female administrator introduced Bai Tong to the simulation room's various functions. As it turned out, the deep-sea simulation tank behind the glass could use instruments to recreate all kinds of deep-sea environments, including changes in water currents and deep-sea temperatures.

The administrator called over another girl and had her take Bai Tong down to put on her diving equipment.

Bai Tong's voice came through. "Not bad. I don't feel stuffy, but my field of vision is somewhat restricted."
