The hall was filled with all kinds of instruments, while the walls on both sides held numerous extendable platforms.
Each platform housed different equipment capable of conducting hundreds of kinds of research.

The supervisor in charge of researching the superhuman system walked over. Holding a tablet computer, he nodded in satisfaction.
"Thanks to your help, we've obtained dozens more sets of critical data."
Loki set down her drink and revealed two sharp canine teeth. "Heaven and earth as my witness, this is much easier than the work I did in Freedom Wings."
She then asked, "What's the situation now? I mean, the war."
The supervisor scratched his head. "I haven't left the laboratory in twenty-four hours. To be honest, I'm not really sure what's happening outside."
"All right, then I'm heading back."
Loki left the laboratory, mounted a bicycle parked beside the entrance, and leisurely headed toward the dormitory.
Just then, her vision suddenly went dark.
When her sight returned, she found herself looking at an amusement park.
The amusement park was located in a void. It looked like a scene viewed through some kind of filter, and the entire setting appeared somewhat hazy.
The amusement park was a riot of colors, with all kinds of attractions operating.
A carousel, a roller coaster, a Pirate Ship, a Haunted House, and so on.
Yet there wasn't a single visitor in the amusement park.
