Louis's face was grim. He had already confirmed that the convoy heading toward Fog City was made up of forces from the Strategic Affairs Department and Glan.

Louis let out a breath.
Yesterday, when he spoke with Glan, the count had demanded that he surrender. Naturally, Louis had refused.
He still had King Arthur and four Royal Knights. No matter what, he had to fight.
Even taking the worst-case scenario into account, if he couldn't stop the enemy's advance, he still had a Back Garden.
It was a surface camp. Taking advantage of his position, Louis had transferred resources out of the Ninth Organ, and most of them were stored in that camp.
That was his "treasury." With that camp, even if he lost his position as commander, Louis could still live out the rest of his life in luxury.
The camp was in a well-hidden location, far enough from Fog City. Aside from him, only a few people knew where it was.
Even if the Ninth Organ fell into the hands of the Strategic Affairs Department or Glan, they shouldn't be able to discover the camp anytime soon.
During that time, Louis could use the camp to seek protection from Freedom Wings.
These thoughts flashed through his mind.
Louis continued, "Notify the docking bay and have them prepare King Arthur. I'm going out."
"We'll intercept them in the Third Alert Zone. The Ninth Organ will never fall into Glan's hands!"
He turned and left.
