Inside the cockpit of the Great Swordsman, Zhang Tianyi looked out through the panoramic window. His entire field of vision was filled with blazing blue dragonfire.
Just as he was about to strike and split apart the blue flames, a voice sounded over the communications channel.
"Vanguard, fall back. Leave it to us."
Then, to the left and right of the panoramic window, Zhang Tianyi saw the four heavy-armored mechas behind him overtake him and block the blue dragonfire.
The four mechas raised their shields high and each unleashed a defensive technique. Light immediately flickered before them.
There was a shield wall formed from illusory shields, as well as a barrier formed from dense mystic light.
